Pickle Dip and Chips

This incredibly easy recipe is always a fun one to throw together for a crowd - and it hits all the notes - creamy, crunchy, savory, sweet, briny and sour. Serve alongside your favorite chips, pretzels, or Crudités and you've got yourself a great party snack to watch the ballgame. 


Pickle Dip and Chips

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced fine on a microplane.
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Dill
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Chives
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Pickles We recommend dill pickles and cornichons.
  • 2 Tbsp Pickle Brine
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • A Dash of Tabasco
  • 1 Tsp Celery Salt Optional
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Potato Chips and Pretzels For serving


In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients, except the pickles and herbs, until fully combined. Check for seasoning, and readjust as desired with salt and freshly ground pepper. Fold in the pickles and herbs. Place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with leftover herbs and serve alongside your favorite chips or pretzels.
