Ken's Special Mac and Cheese

Ken's Special Mac and Cheese

  • 1 Box Elbow Noodles
  • 8 Oz Bar of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Oz Bar of Double Smoked Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Oz Bar of Gouda Cheese
  • 8 Oz Bar of Mozzerella
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Pepper

prep

1. Boil water for noodles and add salt. 



2. Shred and mix cheeses. 



3. Butter bottom of Pyrex dish. 



4. Mix three eggs with can of evaporated milk. 



5. Place cooked noodles in Pyrex dish and mix in half of the shredded cheese add in garlic powder, salt and pepper and egg mixture. Mix. 



6. Top with remaining shredded cheese. 



7. Bake of 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
