ingredients
- 1 Part Blanco Tequila (optional)
- 4 Parts Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Part Triple Sec
- 1/4 Part Lime Juice
- Optional lime and pineapple wedges, for garnish, and kosher salt to rim glass
prep
- Rim glass with kosher salt if desired.
- Add tequila, pineapple juice, triple sec and lime juice to an ice-filled shaker. (Omit tequila as necessary.)
- Shake contents enthusiastically and pour into rimmed glass.
- Garnish with lime and pineapple wedge, if desired, and savor!
