Dawn Russell's Minty Good Smoothie

- 1 cup pineapple (peeled; stalk off; diced)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon manuka honey
- 3 round slices of ginger
- 3-4 full stems of mint
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- Pour straight into a glass and enjoy!
Note: Do not strain your smoothie…you want to keep all the fiber!
