Dawn Russell's Minty Good Smoothie

  • 1 cup pineapple (peeled; stalk off; diced)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon manuka honey
  • 3 round slices of ginger
  • 3-4 full stems of mint


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Pour straight into a glass and enjoy!

Note: Do not strain your smoothie…you want to keep all the fiber!
