Dawn Russell's Chia Seed Pudding
ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ¾ cup chia seeds

Note: Measurements can be cut in half to fit cereal bowl.
- Whisk together coconut milk and chia seeds.
- Let rest for 15 minutes, then whisk again. Let set in the fridge for 2-6 hours, but ideally overnight. Serve with light or sour fruit of your choice.
