Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp With Orange Chili Sauce


Coconut Shrimp

  • 20 Large Shrimp De-Shelled and deveined
  • 2/3 Cups Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Can (15 Oz) Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Shredded Cococut
  • 1 Cup Panko Crumbs

Orange Chili Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Marmalade
  • 1/4 Cup Apricot Preserve
  • 1 Tsp Sambal (Garlic Chili Sauce)




Grab 3 bowls. In the first bowl, combine rice flour, salt and pepper.  

In the second bowl, whisk the coconut milk and egg together. 

In the last bowl, combine the shredded coconut and panko crumbs. 

Next, we will dredge each shrimp in the rice flour, followed by the coconut milk, and finally the shredded coconut. Be sure to shake off the excess at each step. Place the dredged coconut on a wire rack. 

Preheat your Cosori Air fryer to 400. 

Add 1 tbs of oil to your air fryer and cook for 7 minutes. 

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
