The Week reports that it’s in the military’s latest holistic health and fitness training manual. It suggests soldiers take naps, fill half their plate with veggies and meditate when possible.

One of Drew’s classic favs that is just as fun today is the film Best in Show. The dog show mockumentary just turned 20! And like a fine wheel of cheddar, it just gets better with age.

Christopher Guest brings together comedy legends Catherine O’Hara, Eugene Levy, Jane Lynch, Jennifer Coolidge, Parker Posey and more, making sweet, hilarious magic.
