Every time I make a recipe from this book, it brings back so many memories around my family's recipes and how we'd gather to enjoy them together."

My favorite cookbook is New Recipes from Moosewood Restaurant. Moosewood Restaurant is in Ithaca, New York and it has produced many excellent cookbooks. I started using this particular cookbook 30 years ago when I was a vegetarian and I still cook from this about once every other week. It is in 3 pieces now and has many stains from all of the great meals that were created using it!
