The Aaron Sanchez Scholarship Fund

The Aaron Sanchez Scholarship Fund (ASSF) is an organization dedicated to empowering Latin youth through culinary education, mentorship and industry experience in an effort to diversify kitchen leadership for future generations. Across America, many restaurant kitchens rely heavily on Latin cooks. But few of those cooks advance to the top of their field, becoming chefs de cuisine or executive chefs. The ASSF gives young chefs the opportunities they need to succeed at one of the top culinary schools in America with unique mentorship opportunities.
